Lou Beeler, 56, of Charlottesville went home to be with the LORD on Monday, December 14, 2009. Born on October 29, 1953, he was the son of Calvin Beeler and the late Edith White Beeler of Louisa, Va. Lou leaves behind, to cherish many fond memories, his best friend and loving wife of 34 years, Sandy Beeler of Charlottesville; triplet sons, Joey Beeler and wife Carrie of Christiansburg, Jeff Beeler and wife Julie of Radford, and Jamie Beeler and wife Lydia of Charlottesville; three brothers, Jim, Bill and David Beeler; three grandchildren, Lucas, Kayleigh, and Bryce Beeler; nine nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
For 23 years, Lou dedicated his time to mentoring youth as a coach at Western Albemarle High School.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, December 19, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Western Albemarle High School Auditorium.
